Michael has more than 30 years experience in the sheet metal construction industry. He started his career as a sheet metal apprentice and, shortly after graduating, assumed the duties of project manager. He has wide-ranging industry experience, including healthcare, hospitality, educational, laboratory research and development, and federal and state government facilities. Michael has worked on projects with values ranging from $100,000 to more than $50 million. His detail-oriented approach and outstanding team building and communication skills help consistently deliver cost-effective, on-time projects. Michael is also a certified Energy Services Manager and Indoor Air Quality Technician by the National Energy Management Institute.
Aaron has more than 27 years of professional experience in the sheet metal industry. He began his sheet metal training while serving his apprenticeship and quickly advanced to foreman, then superintendent and now his current position at Kaempf & Harris. Aaron has personally completed projects with contract amounts from $100,000 to in excess of $20 million. His projects have included commercial, industrial (with a high concentration of government work), and numerous public and private laboratories. Aaron is the consummate professional, ensuring that our work exceeds client expectations while completing the project on time, on budget and in a safe work environment.
Keith is our estimator with more than 37 years experience in the sheet metal industry. He began his career at Kaempf & Harris working in the field as a laborer and was quickly promoted into the shop, thus beginning a long career crafting his skills as a sheet metal fabricator/mechanic. Keith eventually worked his way up to shop supervisor and, after many years in that position, moved seamlessly into his current role as our sheet metal estimator. He handles everything from designing complex, custom laboratories and bidding 474,000 square foot schools to setting up budgets for awarded projects.
Bill has more than 35 years of experience in the sheet metal industry. He started out as an apprentice, then followed a career path toward project management. He has experience as both a Sheet Metal Project Manager and in Mechanical Project Management. He's managed projects with a contract value from $50,000 to $15 million. His management experience includes federal, government, military installations, hospitality, hospitals, and schools. He prides himself on following a true team effort on every project to ensure that budgets and schedules are met or exceeded.
Tracy has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She started as a bookkeeper for a mechanical contractor, transitioned into Controller, Treasurer, Project Accountant, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. She's managed projects with contract values up to $300,000. She is a hands-on team player that isn’t afraid to learn new things and step in whenever possible to ensure things get done on time and within budget.
